At DiVERGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Locate your nearest authorized shipping carrier point and drop off the parcel; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
